Sully Layo is a Guatemalan-born Beauty Professional with over 18 years of experience spanning fashion, beauty, advertising, and music.

A licensed cosmetologist since 2008, Sully began her career in Los Angeles, where she built a strong technical foundation while serving as a Master Stylist, Educator, and Director at some of the city’s most respected salons.
 

Throughout her career, Sully has also worked in New York, Europe, and Latin America, refining her craft under the mentorship of industry icons including Duffy, James Pecis, Holli Smith, and Eugene Souleiman. She has collaborated with leading artists, photographers, designers, and creative teams on runway shows, advertising campaigns, editorials, music projects, and global brand campaigns.

Her work is defined by precision, versatility, and an intuitive understanding of hair across diverse textures, cultures, and creative disciplines.
